Proud to be a Filipina

Am a sucker for fellow Filipinos making it to the limelight. I am elated everytime I see them reaching their dreams and making it to the top. I feel inspired too.

One trait that we Filipinos have is being persuasive and getting up if we stumble. Making us braver and embrace challenge more. Living in this racist world, we know how to blend and prove ourselves.

Just like Thia Megia and Maria Aragon plus Stefanie Walmsley. They made it to the top and striving more for success. Never stopped believing in making their dreams a reality.

I myself love the song for its message. Growing up with too many insecurities, I believe this video is a message for young ones that they have to appreciate and love the way they were born. No matter what. No buts and whys, because YOU are special.
