• You can request for refund for the unused and unexpired order at the same time.
• Online numbers can not be renewed only if it is expired.
• Personal accounts are not eligible for online numbers from Skype Manager.
• Subscriptions are not upgrade-able.
• Skype Premium is not an account status. It is a subscription. For group video calls!
• If you purchase Skype premium and you have a current US/CA subs, it will not upgrade anything but will run alltogether.
• Auto-recharge are can be disabled by unticking the box during the very first purchase.
• Keep your accounts secured, a whole lotta hackers are around.
• Change your password all the time.
• Fair Usage Policy is implement in every subscription. Your Unlimited subscription is LIMITED. okay!?
• No refunds for account taken over. All lost credits should be disputed with PayPal or your bank.
